I've been dealing with cracked heels for years and this actually softened the tough patch after just a few uses. Way better than scrubbing with a pumice stone every night.
It softened the tough patch on my heel after just two uses, but I wish the grip handle was a bit larger for easier control. Still, my feet feel noticeably smoother.
Soaked my feet, applied this, and it did soften the calluses on my heels better than plain lotion. But it's pretty slow — took several uses before I noticed anything, and the tub is small for the price.
