Wasn't expecting much but this thing actually got years of dead skin off my heels in one shower. The fine side is gentle enough to use a few times a week without any soreness.
I love that this pumice stone has two different grits—the rough side tackles my calluses and the finer side leaves my heels smooth. The individual wrapping is a nice touch for keeping it clean between uses.
The dual-grit sides are handy — coarse for heels, finer for the tops of my toes. Wish it were a touch bigger to grip, but it gets the job done and the rough spots are noticeably smoother after a couple uses.
