I've been using this coarse barrel for a few weeks and it eats through excess acrylic so fast. The coating has held up fine after multiple uses, no chipping yet.
The x-cut design on this coarse barrel eats through gel and acrylic buildup way faster than my old bit, and the surface comes out smooth enough that top coat goes on evenly. Coated carbide feels solid too, no chipping after a few weeks of regular use.
This coarse bit cuts through bulk product quickly but still leaves a nice smooth surface for top coat—no scratchy finish like some others I've tried.
